Site Update and Useful Information *Please Read*

This blog has been around for close to a year now so it is a little slack on our part that we haven’t ever done a post to show how you can follow this blog easier. There are two ways you can follow this blog (outside of just bookmarking us). First, you can click on the Subscribe button in the upper right hand corner of the page. This button will import our page into a RSS reader. You can read about RSS by clicking HERE. My personal favorite reader is Google Reader, but others are fine as well. If you have already subscribed to us, thank you! We will be switching our RSS feed to Feedburner later today. Your subscription should keep working, but if not, please unsubscribe and then re-subscribe to the new feed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

A second way you can follow this blog starting later today will be to simply put your email address into the box located under the RSS subscribe section. Once you do this, whenever one of us posts it will be sent directly to your inbox. It doesn’t really get much easier than that!

Another thing I should point is the new widget on the right side of the blog for MyBlogLog. MyBlogLog is an app designed to help blog authors and readers to get a better idea of what other blogs and services each is using. You can click someone’s picture in the widget to see the blogs they author and/or the blog’s they frequent. Clicking their picture will also take you to their profile. I know, it sounds pretty confusing, but once you play around with it you figure it out pretty fast. You can read more about it over at wiki or at their site's FAQ. Anyway, I think it is neat and like being able to see who is stopping by.

One last thing: anyone that authors a blog knows that it is awesome to get comments. It is nice to know that people are reading what you write other than by watching the hit counter slowly tick up. We very much welcome your comments so feel free to comment as much as your heart desires (unless your heart desires to not comment, in which case ignore your heart and comment anyway). We want this to be a place for discussion, not just the passing on of our thoughts.

Thank you for stopping by our slice of the web. We will posting much more regularly so be sure to subscribe to the RSS or the email so you don’t miss out.
